This position is based at the new and innovative acute care behavioral health facility, recently constructed and opened in December 2023. SummitStone has the privilege of partnering closely with Larimer County on this venture. This voter-approved facility provides licensed, equitable and culturally relevant care and treatment to individuals in crisis with mental health and/or substance use disorders. This facility serves anyone residing in Larimer County in need of urgent intervention. Recent completion of the project offers access to critical services to all residents and brings almost 200 jobs to Larimer County. For more information click HERE .

- Status: Full-time, 40/hrs. week
This position requires knowledge of diversity and inclusion with the relevant ability to engage, communicate, interact, and work effectively and cooperatively with people of different backgrounds, identities, and culturally diverse communities.
Required
- Advanced Practice Nursing degree (APN) degree or Physician Assistant (PA) from an accredited university. DEA Certification with Colorado license to practice along with buprenorphine waiver. Demonstrated commitment and experience working with persons from marginalized communities and other patient populations experiencing vulnerabilities. Understanding and commitment to Medication Assisted Treatment and harm reduction principles.
- Spanish language skills. Other language skills also beneficial. At least 2 years' experience treating/servicing persons with substance use and mental health needs. Strong understanding of substance use treatment and knowledge of withdrawal management processes.

Based on a 40-hr. work week.
- $113,506/YR to $141,887/YR
